REFUND POLICY

Client satisfaction is our top priority. Message us at support@paysocialmedia.com to report a problem or check the status of your order. Please allow at least 24 hours to pass before checking in on your order; that’s how long it takes us to set things up correctly.
You cannot cancel an order unless it is undelivered after 72 hours. We will refund orders that are not completed within 72 hours, or we can offer store credit, at our discretion. We can also provide partial refunds and credits for partially completed orders. We reserve the right to undo the services performed that were refunded or credited.
We do not refund orders that are being processed, even if you feel that the processing takes too long. We have the right, but not an obligation, to cancel and refund any orders for any reason at our sole discretion.
